Food, Glorious Food
Calling all foodies! Chris Jacobson will show us what to do with all of those hundreds of August garden tomatoes in her workshop Fun with Fermentation. And professional chef Holly Pierce is back with classes for kids and adults. Join us after school for children’s Cooking: Fun Food Science and Experiments and Cooking around the World. For adults: our biweekly social meet up just got tastier as Mix, Mingle & Make…Food!
Creating in Clay
Check out the fantastic offerings in our ceramics department. Looking to expand your repertoire? Workshops such as raku pottery and the ancient terra sigillata method offer you new possibilities for your work. Our ceramics classes for adults and teens cover a wide range of topics and experience levels, and our children’s programming welcomes instructor Jackie Padich and her wheel throwing and expressive sculpture classes.
Our Youngest Artists
This fall we’re joyfully expanding the class offerings held in our remodeled spaces for little ones. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays drop in to Young At Art!, Playgroup, and First Clay for Little Ones. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays join us for Let’s Get Messy and pARTy!, All About Color, Tiny Tumblers, and Music Together!
Older children can get excited for after school Glass Fusing, Creative Tinkering, Folk Art of the British Isles, and more. Explorations in weaving, sewing, paper making, music, and acrobatics are just a few classes in our enrichment lineup. Click here for our complete list of kids’ classes for ages 5 and up.
Come browse all of our fall classes in movement, music, visual arts, creative wellness, and more, and see if there’s something that’s just right for you. We appreciate our community’s continued patronage and support for our ongoing effort to bring adults of all ages interesting, inspiring, and educational arts experiences.
