Rae Newell

Rae Newell paints the people, sights, and landscapes of her native New England.

Rae comes from a family of artists and is trained in traditional oil painting techniques. She has developed a vibrant color palette and loose painting style that perfectly renders her favored New England landscapes and genre images. Rae is a teacher at Artistree and a member of the Daily Artists and Plein Air Painting groups.
